Can I charge my phone while charging the power bank?
Yes, it supports charging while recharging. xCool's SnapStand™ features pass-through charging, allowing your phone to wirelessly draw power even as the bank itself is charging.
Is there any indicator to tell me wireless charging has started?
Yes. There is an LED indicator on the side with the xCool logo. Its blue light indicates whether the wireless charging of devices such as phones and AirPods has started, and white light indicates the power bank's battery level.
Is it possible to turn charging off and use it as just a stand?
Yes. Wireless charging can be turned off by a double press of the power button. When you want to charge again, just hit the button or reattach your phone to the power bank.
How do I start or stop charging my watch or wireless earbuds?
To start charging your watch or wireless earbuds, simply press the power button on the charger. The device will begin charging immediately. If you wish to stop the charging process, press the power button twice quickly while the device is still charging.
Can I use an adapter that outputs less than 5 W for charging?
No, We kindly recommend using an adapter with an output power of 20 W or higher for the best charging experience.
Can I rotate my phone from portrait to landscape mode while it charging?
Yes, provided your phone is 6.5 inches or larger. You can rotate your phone 90 degrees to switch from portrait mode to landscape mode during use.
