Why aren't the transmitter or receiver working properly?
There could be several potential reasons
(1) The transmitter and receiver may not be paired. You can pair them by pressing the function buttons on both devices. Or, you can reset them to their default settings and attempt to pair them again.
(2) The receiver might not be correctly interpreting the signal from the antenna. To address this, first use a USB-A to USB-C cable to connect your receiver to a power source. Then, use a HDMI extension cable to connect the receiver to the HDMI port on your display device.
(3) The power source might not be providing sufficient power. Ensure an adequate power supply by using 5V/2A AC adapters for both the transmitter and receiver.
(4)The transmission distance might exceed the recommended range. For optimal performance, it is advisable to maintain a transmission distance of no more than 100ft (30 meters).

Why does the screen mirroring get interrupted during use?
The interruption of screen mirroring could be caused by one of two potential issues

If you are reconnecting the receiver's power, it takes approximately 45 seconds to successfully reconnect. How to enter privacy mode?
Press the function button on the transmitter to disconnect it from your device. To reestablish the connection, press the function button again.
For USB-C：Why can't I achieve screen mirroring after connecting the transmitter to my mobile phone?
It may be because your mobile phone does not support the USB-C 3.0 protocol. Only mobile phones that support the USB-C 3.0 protocol can perform screen mirroring after connecting to the transmitter.
