The diffuser came well packed. It was hard to get the inner box out, but with a bit of shuffling it came out. There were 2 boxes in the outer box and both were wrapped in plastic, The bigger box had the diffuser and the manual, while in the other box were 2 essential soaps. The diffuser is easy to open, by pushing on the bottom part and it comes right off. It seems to be magnetic. Drop the essential *soap* in the diffuser and close it. After reading through the manual, i found out that the diffuser was for a Tesla. Oops, i don't have a Tesla lol but i made it work anyway and clamped it in between my glasses holder. The smell won't be as strong as when you put it in front of a vent, but that's okay. Important part is, that the diffuser is easy to put together and also the slick look. The color looks blue in the picture, but it's actually more like an iridescent color that changes. Even though it wasn't made for my car, i do like it and we will see how long it holds up.
