This headlamp is very bright when used at night. The illumination is stable without flickering. It is also lightweight and suitable for both handheld and head-mounted use.

I will use it for night jogging and cycling. It is very lightweight when worn on the head, and I can hardly feel the weight. The lighting effect is also very good and can ensure my safety during exercise. It feels like a versatile headlamp, and I look forward to exploring new use cases haha.

I gotta say, this headlamp looks even better than the ones you usually see. The storage box is about the size of AirPods, and the lamp itself is about the size of a stack of coins. The headband is adjustable and retractable, so you can store it without taking up too much space. And it's super lightweight - you won't even notice you're wearing it. There are two brightness settings, but it could be a bit brighter for my taste. I love using it for night running though. All in all, I'm really happy with it.
