How do I use the Power/Tare Button?
Press the Power/Tare Button to turn the device on. A short press will set the scale to zero (this is known as "taring"). Long press the button to turn the device off.
How do I use the Timer Button?
A quick press Timer Button will start or pause the timer. Pressing and holding the button for 1 second will reset the timer. Pressing and holding for 5 seconds will turn the beep sound on or off. Pressing the button 5 times in quick succession will turn the Auto Timer mode on or off.
How do I switch the unit indicator between grams and ounces?
After zeroing the scale with the Power/Tare button, quickly press the Power button six times. This will switch the unit indicator between grams and ounces.
How do I use the scale for brewing coffee?
- Turn on the scale, insert a paper filter, and rinse it with hot water. Discard the used water and quickly press the Tare button.
- Put your desired weight of ground coffee into the filter and quickly press the Tare button again.
- Quick press the Timer button and start your pour-over. The timer will help control blooming and brewing. Now, pour water to brew your coffee.

Why is there an incrustation or rusty spot at the bottom of the kettle?
When non-purified water is heated for a prolonged period, trace elements in the water may cause incrustation or rusty spots on the inner wall of the kettle. Regular cleaning and removal of incrustation is recommended to ensure optimal functionality.
What should I do if the kettle dry-boils?
If the kettle is heated with no water inside or below the MIN line, the safety temperature control will automatically shut it off. However, dry-boiling can damage the components and is not covered by the warranty. Please turn off the power switch first, then add water. Only restart the kettle after it has cooled down.
Why is the current temperature higher than the target temperature?
Add a minimum of 500ml of water for more accurate temperature control. This device has high power, and the temperature may increase rapidly if there is too little water inside.
Why isn't the kettle working or displaying correctly?
The outlet being used may not be supplying enough power. Please ensure the outlet you're using has sufficient and stable power. Do not use the kettle simultaneously with other high-power devices to avoid insufficient total power.
Why is the dial of the adjuster too loose to adjust the coarseness?
This could be because the spring or the burrs may be stuck. Try to hold the body and shake the handle slightly until you hear a click. This click indicates that the spring or burrs have loosened. If this doesn't work, please turn the dial counterclockwise until it's been removed. Then disassemble the shaft and burrs, and put them back together again.
How do I grind?
- Remove the container and cover the handle.
- Hold the container and the main body, then adjust the dial to the desired grind size.
- Put back the container, and open the lid.
- Load some coffee beans into the bean chamber.
- Put the lid back on, hold the main body, and rotate the crank handle clockwise until all the beans are ground.
- Finally, remove the receiver to collect your ground coffee.
How do I adjust the grind?
1 Click = Rotate 1 Click
e.g. 0.7 Circle = START POINT and Rotate to 7
1.2 Circle = START POINT and Rotate 1 Circle, then rotate to 2
Espresso = 7-8 Clicks
Pour Over = 13-16 Clicks
French Press = 16-20 Clicks
